Cancellation Policy & Cost-Sharing Agreement

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 3 hours before departure. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before departure, and no-shows, incur a 60% penalty fee, deducted from your next booking or charged to your penalty balance.

Platform Role

CYRAHOP is a matching platform, not a common carrier. Every trip is a private, non-commercial cost-sharing carpool arrangement between a driver and passengers under DOTr parameters.

Liability

Passengers hold harmless the driver and CYRAHOP from liability beyond insurance coverage. Baggage must conform to platform limits. Children under 3 ride on a lap at the guardian's own responsibility.
