Community Reliability & Cancellation Policy

Carpool Pilipinas operates on mutual trust and non-profit cost-sharing. Repeated no-shows or last-minute trip cancellations without reasonable prior notice will result in a reduction of your account Reliability Score, temporary posting limits, or account suspension pursuant to Community Safety Guidelines. No financial penalties or escrow deductions are collected by the platform.

Platform Role

CYRAHOP is a matching platform, not a common carrier. Every trip is a private, non-commercial cost-sharing carpool arrangement between a driver and passengers under DOTr parameters.

Liability

Passengers hold harmless the driver and CYRAHOP from liability beyond insurance coverage. Baggage must conform to platform limits. Children under 3 ride on a lap at the guardian's own responsibility.
